RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you'd like to return a product, we're here to help! No worries. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to make a return.

How to return your product

1. Start your Return here

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Select your items, reason, and click "confirm".

4. If your return is approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with shipping instructions within 1 business day.

We guarantee that all Zencore products are free from manufacturing defects and meet the highest quality standards. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unwashed products with the tags still attached. Once we receive your return, the items will be inspected. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

EXCHANGES

Do you want to exchange to a different size or product? Select "Exchange" during the Return process and let us know more details about your preferred exchange. Customer is responsible for the exchange return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

Unless otherwise agreed, we will process your return within 2-5 business days of receiving it and issue a refund to your original payment method. Once the refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
